Adoptables Terms of Service and Rules

Ownership and Reselling

1. Purchased designs are not allowed to be resold unless stated otherwise.  
2. Purchased designs are not allowed to be used for commercial purposes.
3. I retain the right to repost the purchased designs (design and art) for the purpose of advertising, but I will not have the right to use it as my own character.
4. You may repost the purchased designs with watermark.
   

Editing

Unless stated otherwise, here are a set of things you need to retain in your purchased designs.

You may not alter:

1. Hair, eye, and skin color (does not need to be the exact same color, just don't change the colors radically)
   
2. Hairstyle
3. Color scheme
   

Other things that are not included in the list above are free to change including but not limited to traits, clothing style, name, etc.

Please note these are the default rules and what can and can not be altered may vary for each adoptable, so please read the adoptables description carefully.

Payments

1. You must pay your item in 24 hours after you claimed it. Failure to pay on time results in releasing your hold of the item.
2. I will notice you on your comment if you're past the payment deadline.
   
3. Payment sent after receiving my notice will NOT be refunded.
   

Paypal

1. I will note you my email for you to send your money.
2. Please refer to this tutorial for using PayPal to buy my designs.
3. Payment done in USD.
   

Points

1. Points are given to the donation pool on my profile.

If you have any question in regards to these rules please don't hesitate to ask I will try to make rules that will benefit both you as a buyer and me as seller and artist, helpful opinions and advice are welcomed.
